True we all have disagreements...and fire can not be turned off with fire. We need to be accepting, not every view will match our own view. I think its okay to be or see difference, because that is how we know where we stand. :))
I absolutely agree, but we also need to remember to approach conflict not with conflict but instead with understanding and acceptance. I find it unfortunate that there was this much anger in the last few posts and It definitely hurts people's feelings when others attack them for reasons that aren't even clear. We also need to remember that the majority is not everyone therefore we need not judge based on stereotypes.
And people need to read the complete post and comments before saying something.
In the famous words of Dr. Tony Vercillo, the #1 issue surrounding the idea that there is a communication issue isn't the communication itself, but the perception of the words that were, or weren't said.
If the person already has a negative attitude about words being spoken (or written in this case) without taking a breath before speaking, communication breaks down.
I agree with all of you. I do believe *the person who's name I shall not type* seriously misread what was written and took it to another level and then went COMPLETELY into left field when the ball didn't even go that way. I was quite lost. Also, the disrepect was started with that person's comment.
