Any Ideas?

Recently I have been waking up with headaches which is something that is not normal for me. Does this happen to anyone? or does anyone know any solutions are causes to this problem? (and no I have not gone out drinking the night before).

  1. That's happened to me a couple of times. Sometimes for me it is because of the weather (like how it's getting hotter and maybe you're dehydrated.)Also my allergies. Or maybe you slept weird. Also make sure you're not hungry when you go to bed(I know that sounds weird but I've heard people say that before.) If this keeps happening though I would go see your doctor to have a check up.

  2. Maybe your lacking in sleep or even stress can cause headaches. Go to the health center at csula...

  3. Yea stress can play a big roll on your mind and body. Especially since it is finals time, try looking into natural herbal soothing tea's such as ginger tea, chamomile, and mint. These help me alleviate headaches. If the problem persist go to see a doctor.
