my goodness - emotion

with emotion, it tends to be a good idea to ... sleep on it prior to acting if you can.  at least take  a walk around the block.  it will be interesting to see who is who - everyone is welcome to come to any other class in addition to his or her own to see the fellow bloggers.  Good night - and sleep well.  Remember what is important.  If you like this video, you can also find Part II.

  1. I'd like to sleep on it, but insomnia prevents me from doing so. :-D

    Therefore, my responses are well thought out before I speak/type. However, I do find myself making a lot more grammatical mistakes as the hour approaches closer to 10:00PM.

    a good book for insomnia: Eckhart Tolle's "The Power of Now". It is a great book for learning how to "turn off the mind" in general. and in one middle chapter, he even has an exercise to do while you are lying down in bed. The book is also "on tape" (or CD), so you can lie there with earbuds on so you do not disturb your partner and have him read you to sleep. I listened to all the tapes about 100 times.
