BAD DAY!!!

Haven't blogged in a couple of days. Here we go..... well what seemed like a perfect and nice day at work turned out to be a bad one. A student was calling to make an assessment appointment over the phone and I told him that we can't do them over the phone that he would need to come in person to schedule one. He insisted so much to a point where he said he wanted to speak to my supervisor and I told him he was not available at the moment. He asked me more questions about the assessment test and the available times. Apparently he didn't hear me very well because he started yelling over the phone and saying that I was unprofessional and that I was not helping him in any way, and that me and my supervisor were idiots and other offensive words which i will not say. I was very mad about the situation, I kept calm and I didn't insult him back. I told him to have a good day but he had already hanged up on me. I hate when people hang up when your talking to them and trying to help. I was upset for the rest of the day until about now. It helped me to talk and write about it. I'm sure you guys have had days like mine or possibly even worse.
