Movie: The Help

I just saw The Help yesterday. I loved the movie. It made me cry in different parts throughout the movie because of the circumstances that these women were going through at that time. I haven't yet read the book, but it makes me want to read it even more. Have you gals and guys seen the movie? What was your view of the movie?

    I read the book first - last summer - it was at a house I was staying at while I dog sat. LOVED IT. Then I waited for the movie and saw it the first week. It was great. I hope both women get Oscar awards tomorrow. Well shall see.

    i loved this movie. it made me cry too. it was heart breaking at times, but a great movie. i have not read the book but maybe i should

    I haven't read the book yet but I did see the move, and I loved it. As much as I wanted both, Viola Davis and Octavia Spencer to win the oscar, I am glad Octavia Spencer won best supporting actress.
