im not computer savy so i dont know how to upload a video from youtube....can someone help please :)

    Copy the "embed code" from you tube.
    come back here - open a "new post"
    click the other tab, not the "compose tab" but the "html code" tab. Paste the embed code into that tab.
    Publish.
