Has anyone gone to the Hearst Castle? it is up north. It looks really interesting and a great weekend getaway Let me know some reviews if you have been
It's dope but I would not waste my money for a weekend on it. BUT if you want to go there specifically then DO IT! :) My brother went there two years ago and said it was too bourgeoisie and would have liked to have spent his money on other activities. I went there last year around this time with my lover and we instead rented a spot that overlooked the ocean for a lot cheaper, I forgot what it is called, but its like 15 miles away from the castle(we did take a self guided tour of the castle though for the price of museum entrance, that was cool) make sure you get clam chowder in a bread bowl and the kayaking was super fun too!
