Casivac: I embedded for you. on you tube is share icon. under that is "embed" code. copy it, then open a post and click the tab beside the "compose" tab. I can't see it now, but it might say "HTML" or "CODE". Paste the embed code into that screen on that tab, not into the "compose" tab. You'll see it if you try it.
I don't know how to embed videos and this forum doesn't have a search feature.
