Change: Is the capitalism an obsolete economic system?

The celebration of birth and death has been a significant part of human history.  Technological development has led to great change throughout human history.

Is it possible that technological development has made Capitalism and any other Monetary "Economic" System obsolete?  Technology gives us the power to provide everyone in the world with the basic necessities of life.

Maybe we need to mourn the death of capitalism...you be the judge! :D  LINKS BELOW.  What is a resource based economy? --->http://www.theresourcebasedeconomy.com/2011/06/will-a-resource-based-economy-work/

  2. Capitalism will never die! Its becoming a global system let alone a domestic system. In my opinion, technological advancement only further empowers capitalism through things like: Increased market space (Online shopping), increased advertising space (ads all over your facebook page), easier access to goods, etc. I do believe that some negative aspects that accompany a capitalistic system might be purged for the greater good of our nation. Nice post

    1. thanks. It's true that technology has given advertisers new advents but the increasing unemployment and poverty throughout the world will lead people to look for something that is better. the internet is a way people can become informed about that "something better".
