U bet. personal health is MOST IMPORTANT. Keep your balance. Poise. Equanimity. a clean room. a clean car. an assignment done a day in advance. taking care of business (TCOB). for sure the amount of sunshine exposure. I was not warm until I moved to CA. thx squeaky.
ReplyDeleteHello MT :) Def. the amount of sunshine exposure influences my mood. I completely agree with the connection between one's living space and one's emotions. When my space becomes cluttered, I immediately feel very differently. A clean, comforable, SIMPLE area of work/play provides the environment necessary to keep calm and peace---> happiness.
