STRESSED OUT!!!!

I tried writing my Conflict Consensus paper last night, and was up till 2!!!! And now its 7 a.m...... I ... can't start!!!! I need some type of real examples of how 2 write my paper, so it could be what Dr. T wants..... I NEEEEEEEED HELP PLEASE!!!!!!!! TABOR INTROJECTING: OK OK OK HERE IS A LINK TO Sample paper.
