Change is inevitable. We can not run from change. We are not only changing internally but externally to succumb to social norms. Our thought process changes to meet the social roles of society. One can rebel and resist but it will only be temporary because at some point their existence is dependent on change. There are two kinds of individuals. The one that starts the process of change, such as technology. Or the one that changes within to adjust to external change. It has been my experience there is no escaping change.
I truly hope that we can all accept change when it is for the better. I hope we're all open minded enough to know when change will benefit us as a community or social structure. Most of us are probably waiting to be inspired by someone or something, but obviously nothing will ever progress if we don't first find it within ourselves to make that first step.
We are scared of change bec. we are scared of the unknown. We get stuck in to the old and routine that when something new is introduced - we freak out
