Bad Day

Today has not been a good day for me. I am very frustrated and tired but I still have to finish my papers that are due tomorrow.
How do u guys/girls deal with all this stress and frustration?

  1. I know how you feel! I am starting to feel so overwhelmed!! papers, reading, mid-terms next week. Work.Spouse. I feel like I don't have any time to relax. Try to take at least 30 minutes to be alone and quite. Take deap breaths or go for a stroll to release some of the tension in your body. Even though it may seem like too much time to add in to schedule, it may help you get a better perspective on things. Everything is going to be alright.

  2. Everyone has their own way to deal with stress.
    For me, I like to blog and keep up with people through social media.

    For some, medication helps :-x
