I love this quote for two reasons: 1) because it is my story; 2) because it is an inspiration for other like me. The first 26 years of my life were filled with anguish. I remember when a friend read me this quote and how deeply it affected me--it was infectious. I would be lying if I said this quote alone changed my life--but it sure played a significant part. Over the past ten years I have found my purpose and my meaning--helping others see that it is never too late. Thanks for this quote.
It is nice when we have something or someone as an inspiration and this is a GREAT quote...love it. What really counts is how a person feels about there self and how you treat others. After all we can not help those around us if we can not help ourselves and life is too short to waste. Life is not hard we just make life hard for ourselves by complicating the world. There is a saying “KISS” which means “Keep it Simple Stupid” this phrase is used in CIS. So every day is a new day we can chose to learn, after all, learning is the key for helping ourselves and those around us.
I definitely agree with everyone on this post. It sure is never too late to get an education in this country. Ironically, my dad was saying that this morning as we were driving to a family Baptism. He was reminding me that there was four weeks left of school and I got really excited! Then he mentioned that a great thing about this country is that it is never too late to do what you want. I am almost 30 years old and I am just getting done with school but I was not focused in the previous years so once you put your mind to something, anything is possible.
Never too late...that's true for everything in life. We should not allow ourselves to ever be discouraged in this life. It is never to late to accoplish what we desire. And in its path discover who we are and who we were meant to be.
It is very true that it is never too late to become the person you might have been. It is just like it is never too late to go back to school because we will never finish learning in our life. We will learned until we growth old.
