Interesting read. It's just crazy to me how a kid say at a school in orange county gets a certain education but 15 miles away in say south central it's a much different picture. Where they're focusing on college requirements in the OC, they are military recruiters in south central. How do we get equal education and access everywhere? Do you think charter schools are the solution?it seems like they have spectacular results.
