Why does my "hater" keep tabs on me. If she hates me, then whey does she care what I'm doing? Is there research out there for me to study this odd behavior?
they either know you personally, know you by association, or have seen you around. "Haters" are a way of people showing you that they are envious of something you have that they don't have. It might also be personality differences that might have caused you to clash in the past? Regardless, the best thing to do is ignore the fact that they exist and if you can't then turn it into a positive. You're already better than someone that has hatred for someone else. Stay positive.
