For all you nappers out there, here's something I found interesting:
According to the National Sleep Foundation, a nap of 20-30 minutes can help improve mood, alertness, and work performance. What most people don't know is that a nap longer than 30 minutes might put you lead you to "sleep inertia" (feelings of grogginess and disorientation) when you wake up. So, carefully time your naps! Even a 10 minute daytime snooze can help boost your energy and cognitive function.
interesting!... I can only afford 10-15 min naps! :)
