5. 14 FOR - Crips and Bloods: Made in LA - see LA gangs against 100 years of American history - great documentary
6. 1 FOR - Breaking the Maya Code - I have not seen this one, but it's on breaking the hieroglypics code.
7. 20 FOR - The Great Debaters - Denzel Washington, based on a true story
8. 8 FOR - A Day Without a Mexican - just as the title says
9. 6 FOR - Chavez Ravine - a Los Angeles Story
10. HMMM 0 FOR - Talking about writing - writers on writing. or When Students Write
11. 3 FOR - Ben Hur - tale of Christ. Long, but 1 of best U will see. Bring handkerchiefs.
12. 12 FOR - American History X - fabulous movie abt race relations - set in Venice, CA
13. 7 FOR - Conflict & Consensus He Said, She Said - great points on GENDER BY Deborah Tannen
